Open the chart and see the Longitude of Venus-- For Example Venus is at 120.54.40.

The check the who is the lord of your 4th house. Add 4th Lord Longitude in venus Longitude.

Now minus 360 from the resultant you got by adding Venus and 4th Lord above.

You will get a final longitude.

Now check the panchang for Jupiter's position. If Jupiter is transitting from the final degree above, it will be the time when you will buy,land,property,house,vechile and it will be benficial for you... Or when Jupiter transits the final longitude ,you are recommended to buy these items to get unexpected gains ,profits,happiness through them...
